Please note that we take our photographs in natural light and make every effort to represent the true colors of the yarn. However, every monitor is different and there may be some slight variations that are beyond our control. The reason we take so many photographs is so that you can fully see the products we offer. If for some reason you are unhappy with the color of the yarn please contact us within five business days. Customer is responsible for return postage and will be issued a store credit for another color way.
Returns must be requested within five business days. We want all of our customers to be happy ones. If for some reason you are unhappy with your yarn, please contact us at and let us know why you are unhappy. If the shipment is returned to us within five business days we will issue a store credit for another product within our shop. We do not issue complete refunds.
All yarn will come in skeins in a plastic envelope to protect it. We suggest to leave the yarn in a skein until you are ready to use it and then it can be caked or wound into a ball. Please note that all packages will ship via United States Postal service with a tracking number. We unfortunately can not be held liable for stolen packages. We suggest that when you choose your shipping options that you choose "signature required" so your package will be delivered securely.
